The ‘Defender Program’ holds the martial arts fundamentals that all Live Action Masterclasses are based on, such as Knight School (currently running Wednesday’s 4 till 5:30pm at Aeonacademy), Defender is for those who have ‘graduated’ from Vala boffering and are ready to advance to the next level.
Learn to Boffer with a martial arts approach, developing greater control and awareness while learning techniques not shown in any other Vala Class. Practice with the most advanced boffer weapons in the Vala arsenal. Try disarms, and learn to fall safely in the Vala Defender program
This is a very active program, please bring a drink bottle, and hat in case we go outside.
