Creative Catalyst is running a clay workshop in the afternoon (1pm – 3pm)
This is a casual and relaxed clay workshop designed to nurture and encourage your creativity and imagination.
Learn hand building techniques such as slab and coil construction to create a small & precious shrine to house your special small items. Use a range of ceramic tools to explore texture and surface decoration in your unique sculpture.
Choose from a variety of ceramic colourants to decorate your shrine.
Work will be fired in a kiln and available for pickup at our next vacation program.
Take your shrine home with you and put it in a special spot in your home.
This class will be lead by ceramic artist and educator, Teffany Thiedeman.
Suitable for anyone who loves to play with clay.
Ages 12+
