Creative Catalyst is running a painting workshop in the morning (10am – 12pm)
A variation of the popular paint & sip, spend some quality time with a young person in your life.
Spend the morning with a child learning how to paint a bird that you see around Canberra.
Skilled painter and educator, Lauren Van Der Hoek will guide you through all the steps to make a painting you are proud of.
You will learn how to mix colours with acrylic paints, how to make use of different paintbrushes , textures and mark making and how to compose your painting. You will be working on an easel with good quality paper and tools.
All materials provided.
Take your beautiful Canberra bird painting home with you at the end.
