Our 20th Birthday Open Day is this weekend and we can’t wait to share a day of celebrations and activities with you all. Everybody is welcome to come along!
28th October 11am – 3ish pm
at Yarralumla Primary School
We have a range of exciting free activities happening on the day.
We also have a special 20th Birthday Raffle that will be drawn on the day. There are lots of fantastic prizes, you can purchase tickets to support our 20th Birthday Celebrations – buy tickets here.
We will also have some limited 20th Birthday items available on the day, such as our artist made colouring and drawing book, 20th Birthday Valazine and some amazing Vala and Creative Catalyst Tshirts. You can grab a 20th Birthday Aeonacademy Tshirt to tiedye on the day!

11am: Welcome to country & smoking ceremony with Melissa Bulger and family.
11.15-12.15: The Ed & Rai Band
11.15-1.30: Vala Table Top Game
11:15- 2pm: Clay play & commemorative mosaic making with Artist & Educator, Ochre Bodhi
11:15 – 2pm: Painting in the garden with Artist & Educator, Lauren Van Der Hoek
11:30 – 2pm: Dress ups/Tie-dye tshirts with the Aeon Team.
12:00 – 2pm: Face painting with YPS grade 6’s
12.15: Speeches/Some words from Minister Emma Davidson
12.30 – 1:30pm: Workshop on Edible Native Plants with Aaron from Dreamtime Connections
12:30pm: Sausage Sizzle+ Bicycle smoothie machine!
1-1.30: Rai-Diant
1.30 for 2 pm start: Vala LARP Interactive with Vala Master, Enki Rigdzin + Lucy Marshall & volunteers
3pm: Raffle drawn /Cake/Goodbye
