The Aeon team would like to say congratulations to our grade 6 students graduating this year. We wish them the best of luck with their future studies and can’t wait to see them over the Summer Holiday Program!
As part of our annual shutdown we would like to share the following information for both regular Orana and YPS Term time students as well as new vacation only students;
*We would like to assure all continuing After School (and Before School) families that enrolments automatically carry through to 2025. If you need to make any changes to your child’s schedule please email us at hello@aeonacademy.com.au early in the new year. We need 2 weeks notice to make any changes to regular schedules.
**There will be a charge for any enrolment detail updates that our office is required to make on your behalf – to avoid these, please log in and make sure all your hubhello details, especially contact and medical details, are up to date and accurate. This is a requirement by law!
***The first Monday of Term 1 for YPS in 2025 will be for new students only. Aeon will be running a full day of vacation care of Creative Play for families that require care on this day, (3rd of February) please contact the office to book. Orana families- we look forward to seeing you for both Before and After School on this Monday

****The Christmas Elf Workshops are finishing next Monday 23rd and we hope you enjoy your handmade gifts and also wish all our dedicated and energetic Educators a rejuvenating and restful break.

******Our Service will be closed from the 25th of December to the 5th of January, 2025, so our team can have a well deserved break.
We will be checking our emails and Mariana will be in the office from the 3rd of January to ensure we are ready to care for your children from the 6th.
You can still make a Summer holiday booking during this time by sending us an email and we’ll get back to you in the first week of January.
